How do I set-up services?
We come to you and there is no cost. An initial assessment visit by an RN enables us to assign the most qualified personnel to meet your needs. Periodic follow-up visits or calls will be made to assure your satisfaction. There is no charge for this service.
Our standard rates apply to the assessment visit if care is required/provided at that time.
What type of Insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay. Once the insurance coverage is verified and approved, the primary insurance carrier will be billed directly. Clients are responsible for deductibles and co-pays.
Does Complete Home Health Care Screen Employees?
Yes. We check references and run criminal background checks on all employees. The agency is fully insured.
Do you provide service on holidays?
Yes. We can provide care every day of the year including holidays.
Holiday rates are charged for services on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 5:00pm to 8:00am.
Do you provide emergency Aides
When possible, we are happy to provide emergency Aide services. However, if service is requested with less than 24-hour notice, the client is charged twice the normal rate.
How do I schedule changes?
We ask that clients please call their local office as soon as possible with any schedule changes.
