How do I set up services?

Please call us to inquire about our services.

Your doctor often determines the need for home care services during or after an illness, injury or hospitalization. Self-referrals are often made as well. When a referral is made to Complete Home Health Care, the staff goes to work to assign appropriate staff and verify your insurance benefits. A staff member will call you to make an appointment for an initial assessment visit by an RN or Therapist to determine your needs and to develop a personalized care plan to best meet your unique requirements.

What type of insurance do you accept?

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA, private insurances including Kaiser and most other major providers. We offer private pay services for care needs not covered by insurances. Once the insurance coverage is verified and approved, the primary insurance carrier will be billed directly. Clients are responsible for deductibles and co-pays. There are no deductibles or co-pays for traditional Medicare, Medicaid or VA services.

Do you screen employees?

Yes. We thoroughly check references and run criminal background checks on all employees. We train each employee and verify competencies for the care they are to perform.

Do you provide service on holidays?

Yes. We provide scheduled care every day of the year including holidays.

Holiday rates for are charged for services on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 5:00pm to 8:00am, and on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, the 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

Do you provide emergency aides?

When possible, we are happy to provide emergency Aide services. However, if service is requested with less than 24-hour notice, the client is charged twice the normal rate.

How do I schedule changes?

We ask that clients please call their local office as soon as possible with any schedule changes.
