We check references and run criminal background checks on all employees.
The agency is fully insured.
Setting
Up Services
An initial assessment visit by an RN enables us to assign the most
qualified personnel to meet your needs. Periodic follow-up visits or
calls will be made to assure your satisfaction. There is no charge for
this service.
Billing
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and
private pay. Once the
insurance coverage is verified and approved, the primary insurance
carrier
will be billed directly. Clients are responsible for deductibles and
co-pays.
Holidays
We provide care on holidays. These include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Holiday rates
are charged for services on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 5:00pm
to 8:00am.
Schedule
Changes
We ask that clients please call the office as soon as possible with any
schedule changes.
Emergency
Aides
When possible, we are happy to provide emergency aide services. However,
if service is requested with less than 24-hour notice, the client is
charged twice the normal rate. |
